Owning should feel like arriving, never like administering. The Maison keeps your home permanently ready — cleaned, provisioned, warm — for whichever week the city calls you back.
And when you are away, if you wish it, the home is let for short to medium terms — the yield returned to you, without the burden, the worry, or the scheduling. You will never manage a calendar. That is precisely the point of ours.

The Name
The year New York drew its map
In 1811, the Commissioners' Plan laid the grid upon Manhattan — the quiet geometry beneath every address that matters, from the avenues of the Upper East Side to the cast-iron blocks of below Houston.
Maison 1811 takes its name from that moment, and its conviction from the two centuries since: a great city rewards those who claim their own coordinates upon it.

Literally, "a foot on the ground": a private residence kept in a city one returns to often.
What does Maison 1811 do?
Everything the home requires. Our in-house brokerage team finds, negotiates and closes the acquisition; architects, designers and private bankers are coordinated around it; and our household team cares for the home permanently.
What happens to my home when I am away?
If you wish, the home is let for short to medium terms while you are away, with the yield returned to you.
