The Maison

You already live here

You arrive with the seasons — for the openings, the tables, the meetings that could only happen in New York. And yet, each time: a hotel.

Not because you could not own, but because ownership has always meant burden, worry and scheduling. Maison 1811 removes the burden entirely. Acquisition, design and management — all handled, under one roof, in your interest alone.

The First Pillar

I.

Acquire

Our in-house brokerage team finds, negotiates and closes — quietly, precisely, and answerable to you alone.

Around the acquisition we assemble the environment your home deserves: architects, interior designers, private bankers and contractors.

The Second Pillar

II.

Care

The Maison keeps your home permanently ready — cleaned, provisioned, warm — for whichever week the city calls you back.

And when you are away, the home is let for short to medium terms — the yield returned to you, without burden.

Our Signature

Your belongings, kept as you left them

Before anyone else crosses the threshold, your belongings are catalogued, wrapped and reserved. Before you land, they are returned.

This is not a rental unit that happens to be yours. It is your home, and we treat it that way.

The Name

The year New York drew its map

In 1811, the Commissioners' Plan laid the grid upon Manhattan.

Maison 1811 takes its name from that moment.

For those who keep flying into a city they already love — and for whom the hotel has quietly become the wrong tool.
